Relevant profile, roster, registration, result, and submission information may be shared with team leaders, event judges, participating schools, or other users when needed to run VITALS. Standings and selected event results may be public.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide VITALS, maintain competition records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type and purpose of the information.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message and manage device notifications through your operating-system settings. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information through VITALS' official contact channels. Some information may be retained where legally permitted or operationally necessary.

VITALS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
