By accessing or using the VITALS website, mobile app, newsletters, team tools, competitions, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you use VITALS on behalf of a school, team, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Do not misuse the services, disrupt competitions, access another person's account, submit unlawful or harmful material, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the services without permission, or use VITALS in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Event rules, eligibility requirements, judging criteria, schedules, and scoring instructions may be published separately and become part of these terms for the applicable event.

You retain ownership of original work you submit. You grant VITALS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, review, display, and share that work as needed to operate and promote VITALS and its events. You must have the rights needed to submit all content.

The services, branding, software, editorial content, designs, and other VITALS materials are owned by VITALS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

VITALS may link to or rely on third-party products and services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply, and VITALS is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

VITALS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

VITALS content and event materials are educational and are not medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VITALS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, competitions, VITALS, or third parties, or when these terms are violated. You may stop using VITALS at any time.

We may update these terms as VITALS evolves. We will post the revised version and update its effective date. Questions about these terms can be sent through VITALS' official contact channels.
